A native of Rochester, New York, Dan Bryson has been practicing law for more than 15 years. During that time, he has represented clients in a myriad of legal areas. Today, his primary areas of practice include municipal and real estate law.
MUNICIPAL LAW
Dan provides counsel to municipalities on zoning, land use, financing, assessment, enforcement and other matters. He presently serves as the Attorney for the Town/Village of East Rochester. Dan has also represented businesses and individuals before local government boards, courts and other governing bodies.
REAL ESTATE LAW
Dan has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including purchase and sale transactions, mortgage banking, review and negotiation of leases, evictions, subdivision and land development, foreclosures and other matters.
