Francesca J. Hovagimian
ATTORNEY
Before joining Lacy Katzen, Francesca spent the early years of her legal career as a deputy public defender and trial attorney for the State of Colorado, where she advocated for indigent clients. Francesca’s passion for advocacy led her to pursue civil litigation in Las Vegas, Nevada where she gained experience litigating premises liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. Now a proud Rochesterian, Francesca fiercely advocates for her clients in personal injury and medical malpractice matters, and strongly believes in protecting the rights and interests of her Rochester community.
