Jason Snyder

Jason learned early that he had a passion for assisting clients in preserving their wealth and planning for the future. His practice focuses on:
– Drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies
– Guiding clients through the Probate/Trust & Estate Administration process
– Providing Medicaid planning
Jason also has extensive real estate experience. He has represented clients in residential and commercial purchase/sale transactions, family deed transfers, subdivision projects, and leasing. He has also advised companies, non-profits, fire departments, and municipalities in a wide range of business matters.
Prior to joining Lacy Katzen, Jason was a solo practitioner in the Village of Shortsville. He also worked for several Rochester law firms as a Trust & Estates and Real Estate Attorney.

ABOUT Jason Snyder
Jason is a lifelong resident of Ontario County and lives there with his wife and daughter. He has been a member and firefighter in the Town of Farmington since 2008. He also enjoys music, plays multiple instruments, and has performed in several Rochester-area bands.
